Use of Publication Fees and Editorial Independence

 

Article processing charges support peer-review administration, editorial services, DOI registration, digital publication, long-term preservation, and journal development.

 

After necessary publishing and operating expenses, all remaining proceeds are reinvested in KODISA Foundation’s research grants, scholarships, academic conferences, and research ethics education.

 

The payment of an article processing charge does not influence editorial evaluation, peer review, acceptance, or publication decisions. All editorial decisions are made independently and are based solely on scholarly quality, methodological rigor, originality, research integrity, and relevance to the aims and scope of the journal.
